The challenge

Getting sensor data from the field to the cloud over cellular usually means wrestling modems, power, and connectivity plumbing. Blues needed a reference device plus a backend that made device-to-cloud sync boringly reliable at fleet scale.

What we built

The full pipeline, end to end — not a blurb.

    An STM32 + cellular sensor node designed around a low-power budget.

  2. 02Firmware

    Sensor sampling, an outbound queue, robust reconnect, and OTA.

  3. 03Backend

    A device-routing service with MQTT/HTTPS ingress, per-device state, and webhook fan-out.

  4. 04Product

    A fleet console with provisioning and usage metrics.

  5. 05Operations

    Kubernetes with autoscaling.
