The challenge
Restaurant-to-supplier ordering still ran on phone calls, messaging, and fax, so errors, missed cut-offs, and reconciliation disputes were routine. Choco needed web and mobile apps and a backend that make ordering, confirmations, and delivery tracking real-time and reliable.
